This Subscription & Billing Policy explains how recurring charges and one-time payments work for Visage AI Bot (the "Service"), provided by EvoScale Company Limited.

All details of the subscription (price, frequency, next billing date) are shown clearly on the payment processor's checkout page before you confirm payment.
If you subscribe to avatar storage, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period, and the applicable fee will be charged to your selected payment method, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date by:
After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.

We may update our prices from time to time. If we change the price of a subscription, we will notify you in advance (e.g., by email or within the Service) and provide you with the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.
If a recurring payment fails (e.g., due to an expired card or insufficient funds), payment processor may retry the charge. If payment continues to fail, we may suspend or cancel your subscription and remove access to avatar storage until payment is restored.
Prices are typically displayed and charged in US dollars (USD), unless stated otherwise. Depending on your location, additional taxes (such as VAT) may be applied in accordance with applicable law and will be shown during checkout.
